The Baptist Foundation of Alabama provides services to individuals, churches, associations, and Baptist entities in carrying out their particular areas of ministry. As an overview, The Foundation provides the following:

1. Individuals:
          a. Estate Planning Review
          b. Charitable Gift Planning
          c. Executor of Estates: for any Baptist leaving 10% or more of their estate to any Baptist ministry
          d. Assistance in drafting the following documents:
                  i. Durable Power of Attorney
                 ii. Advanced Directive for HealthCare (includes Living Will and Health Care Power of attorney)
                iii. Charitable Gift Annuities
                iv. Charitable Trust Design and Trustee Services
                 v. Revocable Trust Design (within Foundation guidelines. Contact the Office of Development for details)
         e. ElderCare Ministry: For clients of The Foundation, automatically included in ElderCare ministry for those Baptists without
              family close by that can assist in day to day affairs. (Contact The Office of Development for details)
         f. Ability to assist in managing personal funds (within Foundation Guidelines - contact Office of Development)

2. Churches:
         a. Fund Management (general fund, scholarship funds, etc. )
         b. Church Stewardship Education relating to stewardship of estate assets.
                i. Planned Giving Ministry
               ii. Back Office support planned giving ministry
         c. Speaking Engagements:
                i. Senior Adult Meetings
               ii. Stewardship Messages for Sunday School, Church, etc.

3. Associations
         a. Professional Fund Management.
         b. Speaking engagements for Pastor Conferences

4. Baptist Ministries:
         a. Professional Fund Management Services.
         b. Back Office support for Development personnel - allow your development maximize their efforts in recruiting new donors
              and donor relations.
