Caroline joined The Baptist Foundation of Alabama in January 2026 as Director of Ministry Relations. In this role, she works closely with individuals and families who have chosen to use The Foundation in their legacy planning. She serves as a trusted point of connection to ensure a smooth estate planning process through every season and stage of life. Prior to joining The Foundation, Caroline spent ten years serving at the Alabama Baptist Children’s Homes. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Auburn University in 2010. Caroline and her husband, Alan, have two daughters and are active members of Dawson Memorial Baptist Church in Birmingham.
