Connie Smith joined The Baptist Foundation of Alabama in June 2025 as a Trust Operations Officer. Prior to her current role, she spent seven years as a Senior Accounting Manager at Public Policy Holding Company, where she conducted financial operations across multiple companies. Outside of work, Connie is married to Jason, a retired U.S. Marine, and is a proud mother of two and grandmother to one. She is an active member of Chisolm Baptist Church.
