First Time Applicant

It is the responsibility of the applicant to complete all requirements. Failure to notify The Foundation of a school change once the application is submitted may result in loss of an awarded scholarship.

All requirements must be postmarked no later than midnight, March 31, 2015 in order to be considered for a scholarship. All additional attachments postmarked after March 31, 2015 will not be considered eligible for scholarships.

First Time Applicant

Please enclose:

  1. Completed Application for Scholarship (application is online – link below)

  2. A copy of your current state driver’s license.

  3. Two letters of recommendation from:
    1) Pastor of home church; and
    2) Lay member of home church (someone in your church that isn’t on staff)

  4. High School Student

  5. High School transcript including your ACT/SAT score and GPA

    College/Seminary Student – Include a transcript of last semester of completed work and GPA.

Notification of Award of Scholarships:

Applicants that get all their required documents in will receive a letter stating whether they did or did not receive a scholarship. Applicants that do not get all their documents in with their application will not receive a letter. Scholarships are not renewable – You must reapply each year to be eligible.

Letters are typically mailed by the last week in June.
