Jason joined The Baptist Foundation of Alabama in January 2025 after sensing the calling to serve in ministry. Jason works as a Ministry Engagement Officer, with his primary responsibility for helping clients in the central and southern portions of Alabama, although he works in all parts of the state.

Jason is a licensed attorney, having previously practiced for nearly a decade with a focus in civil litigation. With The Foundation, he helps individuals establish their estate plans, is involved in the probate process when The Foundation has been asked to serve as the personal representative of an estate, and connects clients to other services of The Foundation.

Jason received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Auburn University, and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University.

Jason is married to the former Sydney Anderson, and they have four children. Jason and his family are active members of First Baptist Church of Montgomery, where they serve in various capacities.
