Jennifer Ogburn joined The Baptist Foundation of Alabama in October 2001 as Chief Operating Officer; she became Chief Financial Officer in June 2014. Her responsibilities include the general accounting of The Foundation, supervision of internal accounting procedures and personnel needs, preparation of the financial statements, and preparation and review of fiduciary income tax returns. She began her accounting career at Aldridge Borden in Montgomery. After four years in public accounting, she joined the Trust Division of Regions Bank as the Senior Trust Tax Officer. She was responsible for the review and filing of 1,000+ fiduciary income tax returns, as well as preparing and analyzing internal monthly financial reports and training administrative staff on tax matters. Jennifer received her B.A. in Accounting from Huntingdon College in Montgomery and is a member of both the Alabama Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Born and raised in Alexander City, Alabama, Jennifer currently lives in Wetumpka with her husband Mike and their two children. She and her family are active members of Eclectic Methodist Church.
