A new online giving account will be opened for your church to receive all online gifts. These funds will be direct deposited into your church’s bank account monthly.

Yes, your banking information is tokenized and encrypted using a state-of-the-art system developed and stored through Spreedly, a Tier 1, PCI-compliant organization that takes great care to keep your information secure.
Funds will be automatically deposited into your bank account on the 2nd of each month; if the 2nd falls on a holiday or weekend, it will be the following business day.
No action is needed on your part, we will automatically disburse all funds received to date and direct deposit them. A credit advice will be uploaded to your client portal for the amount.
Your client portal will give you a list of the donors and the amounts by date. If you have not received your login information for this yet, it will be coming in the next few days.
A notification is given to us if an e-check is returned after it has been transmitted. A notification email should also be received by the donor in the case of a return, as well as information regarding their one-time and recurring donations on the Donor Self-Service Portal (https://donor.idonate.com)
There is no limitation on max dollar amount, $20 minimum, and no maximum on the number of transactions.
